We are very particular about the job oriented training due to particularities of each site.

Random monitoring both during day and night is our priority. We maintain a very formal roaster to ensure this important aspect. Our operational team is on call for 24x7.

Recruitment, Training and Discipline

Our recruitment process is very stringent, elaborate & time tested. Final recruitment is preceded by thorough scrutiny of all documents like proof of DOB, voter card/UID, relevant references, qualification, residential address, past experience and physical standards as per PSARA 2005. We have zero tolerance for indiscipline. Our staff works as a single cohesive unit with no unionism & strive to project as a trained team. We invite corporate security experts for their advise and sharing of experience and case studies with our team. A formal training capsule of 7 days is imparted to security staff covering the following basic topics:

  • Drill, turnout and posture.
  • Fire fighting and related contingencies.
  • Quick response and safety of sites and work force.
  • Maintenance of security gate documents.
  • First aid
  • Public dealing and crowd control.
  • Traffic management.

Deployment & Periodical Reports

Our initial focus after deployment is on proper orientation, observation & acquaintance. After deployment for a few days, a detailed in house appraisal is carried out listing out the security related observations, functioning of the security lights, locks & keys, leakage, gaps in the security apparatus, reduction/ addition in the security staff, plugging of certain entry/exit points and stranger/ public movement during the dark. This is followed by a detailed report to the concerned staff of the site for their consideration & further remedial action.

We submit periodic reports indicating areas requiring review. In cases of urgency, a spot call is made for prompt action.
