3. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

3.1 Service Contracts

  • All services are provided under written contracts or agreements
  • Service terms, duration, and pricing are specified in individual contracts
  • Modifications require written consent from both parties

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are as specified in the service contract
  • Late payment may result in service suspension
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Refunds are subject to contract terms and applicable laws

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about security requirements
  • Ensure safe working conditions for our personnel
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms
  • Provide necessary access and facilities for service delivery
  • Report any incidents or issues promptly

5. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide trained and qualified personnel
  • Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
  • Respond promptly to client concerns and issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Provide services as specified in the contract

6. Limitation of Liability

Important Limitation

Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages except as required by law.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service contract
  • We are not liable for losses due to factors beyond our reasonable control
  • Client must maintain appropriate insurance coverage
  • Claims must be reported within the timeframe specified in the contract

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website is protected by intellectual property laws
  • You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission
  • We respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Any reports or assessments we provide remain our intellectual property

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Client

  • Services may be terminated as per contract terms

  • Payment for services rendered up to termination date

9.2 Termination by SRM Group

  • We may terminate for breach of contract terms
  • Non-payment of dues may result in immediate termination
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in certain circumstances

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts
  • We encourage resolution through negotiation and mediation

12. Amendments and Updates
